Trevee Sue Barry

Scottee's gave birth to a beautiful 14.8 ounce, 11 inch daughter, named Trevee Sue today. Although she didn't get to stay with us, we feel to thank Heavenly Father for His tender mercies in preserving Scottee's life and for Trevee's spirit which was felt and for His great and wonderful plan of happiness. Brian, Scottee's brother, Scottee's mom and I got to take part in Trevee's bath (while Scottee was having a D&C) and in seeing her tiny little footprints and fingerprints permenantly placed on paper to treasure forever. We spent hours holding her and marveling at her perfect body with ten fingers and toes. Some angelic volunteers made itty-bitty booties, hats, dresses and little diapers to donate to families who need something to dress their baby in. What a Christ-like service to perform and so very much appreciated!

Scottee is going to need to spend a couple more days in the hospital to continue antibiotics intravenously. Please continue to pray for her and Brian. Even though we all have the assurance that we get to be with Trevee forever, the here and now is very hard.

Trevee Sue has been a precious gift to the family. We're honored to be her family.

We'll be praying and waiting for the miracles to unfold out of this difficult time.

We are so fortunate to have the Gospel in our lives, and know that Families are Forever. Trevee is a beautiful little baby. We will keep you in our prayers!

I can't imagine what you all must be going through. It breaks my heart, but thank goodness we have the knowledge of the plan of salvation. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Well I told myself I wasn't going to look at these pictures- I was afraid it would hurt too much. I'm so glad I decided to see my little niece. She is so beautiful and perfect. I know she is being taken care of.

Thank you all. We feel your love and are doing well because of all of the prayers that we are receiving. Trevee is part of our family. Going through this is hard, and it makes me wish I was 5 again. Charlee, Oaklee, and Jax can just accept that Trevee is going to live with Heavenly Father with no questions about why. Brian told them that Heavenly Father asked if he could take Trevee to be his good helper like Charlee is to us, and we said yes. Oaklee said "Well, why did you say yes??" We laughed and said because he asked us to. I will do anything the Lord asks me to. I want to be as perfect as I can so I can be with my sweet Trevee again.
I love you all and appreciate your love and support. I know it is not easy to know what to say to me at a time like this, but to know that you are thinking of my family humbles me. Thank you for loving someone you never had the pleasure of meeting. I love you guys.

I'm soooo sorry for you and your family, Brenda. What a hard thing to go through. This was the daughter-in-law that's due about the time I am, right? How sad. My prayers are with you.
